So paypal is declining.

Now to do something against this, they come up with some ideas. here it is

there is like 5 pages all claiming to be "neo pay" the rest is indian.

I wonder how this will help the company, but i have to guess that was never the point. Its just over-run by indians and now they are moving western infrastructure into their own pockets, with obscure and dubious partnerships.
